LAPENK is an AI-powered business operations and workflow platform. Features may include analysis and organization of communications and documents, context matching, task and workflow support, integrations with third-party services, and user-controlled automation.

2. Your account and connected services

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for ensuring that you have authority to connect any third-party account or business data to LAPENK. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time.

3. User control and review

Automated analyses, classifications and suggestions may contain errors and should be reviewed where appropriate. Users remain responsible for decisions, approvals, submissions, communications and actions taken through or based on LAPENK.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use LAPENK to violate law, infringe third-party rights, compromise security, interfere with the service, or obtain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.

LAPENK may integrate with third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. Availability of integrations may change.

LAPENK and its software, branding, interfaces and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers retain rights in their own data and content, subject to the permissions needed for LAPENK to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend or change features as the service evolves. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimer

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, LAPENK is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated output is not a substitute for professional judgment, and users should review material outputs before relying on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LAPENK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Any additional contractual liability terms agreed with a customer will control where applicable.
